Order Processing Time

At mirocozy, we aim to handle your orders efficiently and securely. All products pass thorough quality inspection and professional packing before dispatch. Standard order processing requires 1 to 3 business days once your payment is confirmed. Processing may take an extra 2–3 business days during peak shopping seasons or major promotional events. You will get an email notification once your package departs our fulfillment warehouse.

Shipping Costs & Calculation

Shipping charges are automatically computed and displayed securely on the checkout page. The final shipping rate depends on your delivery location, chosen shipping method, as well as the weight and dimensions of your package.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

After shipment, delivery lead times differ depending on your shipping region. Our estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Domestic/Primary Markets: 5 to 10 business days
International Orders: 5 to 14 business days

Please keep in mind these are only estimated times. Actual delivery could be postponed due to local courier issues, adverse weather, or holiday surges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other associated levies may be imposed by the receiving country. All these fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your checkout amount or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office about potential import fees prior to placing an order. Customs duties and import taxes cannot be refunded.

Order Tracking & Support
